Part 2. My phone stopped recording after 2 minutes due to inactivity so I had to do start another video.
I saw Andrea Gibson last night at UC Santa Cruz and she was incredible. There was also a slam competition happening and I was thrilled to hear so many people speak about issues of race and being oppressed. I bought a cupcake to give to her but didn’t get a chance to get it over to her. Another time, I suppose.
